We have implemented and fully operational since the beginning of our journey the Board of Directors, formed by the founding partners, and the Advisory Board, formed by our advisers and investors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We now announce a new major moment in Amachains governance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In November, we began the work of two more committees, the Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee \u2013 GRC, coordinated by Angelo Calori, and the Sustainable Development Committee ODS and ESG, coordinated by Ana Paula Candeloro<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n These two new committees join the already implemented Financial Resource Raising Committee, coordinated by Marco De Biasi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In December we will start another strategic committee for the moment we are at Amachains, the Marketing, Commercial and Sales Committee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Together, these 4 Committees come to further reinforce governance, which is one of the main pillars of Amachains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To achieve our purpose of building a fairer and more sustainable world, we believe in governance to guide us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Join us!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Access below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
